Our lead trial attorney is Joseph S. Fogel. Mr. Fogel has almost 15 years of practice, and is a college graduate of the University of Chicago. He earned his law degree from the University of California, Hastings, in San Francisco. Mr. Fogel has tried cases to verdict in both the State and Federal courts, with more than 20 arbitrations, and hundreds of mediations.
