Joseph S. Fogel

Mr. Fogel is our lead trial attorney. He has a strong background by education and experience to effectively and creatively serve our clients.

Mr. Fogel earned his college degree at the University of Chicago, 1988. His law degree is from the University of California, Hastings, in San Francisco, 1991.

Mr. Fogel’s experience includes defending insurance companies and their insureds on a wide range of cases, with multi-million dollars at stake.

Mr. Fogel has won in the trial courts. He regularly litigates in all the courts of the County of Los Angeles, and throughout California.

Mr. Fogel has won in the courts of appeal. Several of his cases have resulted in published opinions, with precedential value, in both the state and federal courts. Because of his experience and ability to litigate a case wherever it goes, he is able to fully address a client’s particular circumstances.

Mr. Fogel is a member of the California State Bar, the Federal Bars for the Central District of California, the Northern District of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the District of Arizona. Mr. Fogel is a member of the bar of the United States Supreme Court.
