Driving Instructions

Our offices are located at the South East corner of the intersection of Sepulveda Boulevard and Ventura Boulevard. This is virtually the intersection of the 405 Freeway and the 101 Ventura Freeway. We are in the tallest building in the Valley, the City National Bank building, which has gray stripes and blue striped windows. Our parking entrance is just one-half block East on Ventura Boulevard, just after Sepulveda. We validate for our clients. Take the parking elevator down to G, walk across the courtyard, enter the building. Go to the first set of elevators, and go to 22. Some street parking is also available.

From the Western San Fernando Valley

Take the 101 Freeway south or east. As you approach the 405 freeway, get in the far right hand lane, and take it to the Ventura Boulevard off ramp. Turn Left. Cross Sepulveda, and turn right into our driveway, pull ticket and proceed into the parking structure. The Valets can assist your parking.

From The Eastern San Fernando Valley.

You may try the Left turn from Ventura Boulevard into our driveway, but it is difficult. We recommend that you go to Sepulveda and turn onto East bound Ventura, then turn right into the parking lot.

From the South, or West LA

You can take Sepulveda or the 405 North. If you take Sepulveda, then simply turn right at Ventura Boulevard, and then right into our driveway. If you take the 405 North, then get in the far right hand lane, marked “Ventura Boulevard” and make a Left (to go North) from the end of the off-ramp. Go three blocks, turn right at Ventura Boulevard, and then right into our driveway.

From the North San Fernando Valley

Take the 405 freeway and get off at Ventura Boulevard. Turn Left, cross Sepulveda, then turn right into our driveway and parking structure. If you take Sepulveda, just make a Left, turning to go East, and then a quick right turn into our driveway.
